Byers Station

Byers Station, based in Chester Springs PA, is a big neighborhood of small town homes, large town homes, carriage homes, single family homes as well as large estate homes – all within the same community. It is estimated that when the entire community is completely built – it will have 1100 homes! As of Oct 2011, the public records show the community as having about 470 homes.

The neighborhood straddles two townships – West Vincent and Upper Uwchlan – not sure if West Pikeland will have some of the homes that are yet to be constructed. As a result, some homes will be in Owen J. Roberts school district, while most of the homes already built, are in Downingtown Area School District, home of STEM Academy one of the finest schools in Chester County and ranking in the top 25 in the country!

The Byers Station neighborhood is very popular for its amenities. The neighborhood has 2 swimming pools, a fitness room, club house, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts, many playgrounds and tot lots. Ice cream socials and movie nights allow for great community participation. Connect to Rt. 100 for the Turnpike or Eagle Farms Rd to connect to Rt 113 and 401. All major arteries – Rt.30, Rt.202 and SEPTA/Amtrak train stations are within reasonable access.

Some of the street names in Byers Station are Ferncroft, Granite, Powell, Sunderland, Dartmouth, Crescent, Winthrop, Augusta, Dublin, Flagstone and Garman.

Byers Station was built by 3 builders – K Hovnanian Orleans group and Toll Brothers.  It has small and large townhomes, twin homes, single-family homes and Estate homes.  The variety of real estate makes it a  popular destination for home buyers.  Realtors love the community and home values have been steadily increasing.
